And you’ll be able to bring this concrete data to your doctor to get their advice.

The Clever Cactus Health Tracking package includes everything you need to track key health data points, while you go about your days. Our goal is to make it easier to monitor your health and wellness, so you can focus on healing and feeling well.

What to expect from the Clever Cactus Health Tracking Package

This package features both a colour and black & white version of the Clever Cactus Health Tracking package. It includes:

My Month Health Tracking page
  • Monthly agenda

  • Prompt to get you thinking about the patterns you might see
My Week Health Tracking page
  • Weekly tracking grid

All three pages have a notes section, so you can jot down any concerns or questions you might have for your doctor the moment they come to you. Keep these pages in a binder or Duotang that you can easily access and bring to your doctor’s appointments.

Here’s how we envision it working:
  1. At the beginning of the month, print out your My Month page and fill in the agenda.
  2. At the beginning of the week, print out your My Week page and seven My Day pages.
  3. On the My Week page:
    Add the week’s date to the top of the page
    Fill out your agenda and task list, consulting your monthly page for events, appointments and due dates
  4. At the beginning of each day:
    Write the date at the top of a daily page
    Fill out the page as best you can, consulting your weekly page for any agenda and task items.
  5. Throughout the day:
    Fill out your tracking, food, medications, etc.
    Check off tasks as you complete them.
    Write notes about how you feel, any questions you might have for your doctor, or notes to yourself for the future.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each day in the week.
  7. At the end of the week:
    Using your daily sheets as a reference, complete the “Tracking” and “Medications” sections; for Tracking, we suggest doing an “Average” for each day.
    Think back over your week and write if anything unusual happened, health-wise, and try to figure out why it happened (if you can).
  8. Repeat steps 2 through 7 each week.
  9. At the end of the month:
    Using your My Week pages, fill in the My Month tracking grid.
    Add any notes, questions or unusual events.
    Look for any patterns.
  10. Repeat steps 1 and 9 each month.

As the you work with these sheets, you’ll start noticing patterns – maybe you’ll notice some triggers, like specific food or activities, that make you feel worse; or maybe you’ll notice your sleep patterns vary due to medications. Whatever the pattern is, you’ll have a better idea of the cause and effect, and you’ll be prepared to speak with your doctor to get the advice you need to live a healthier, happier life.
